A valid email address and mobile number
Bank account details in the name of the registered account holder (e.g. individual, trust, company)
TFN, ABN, or ACN for Australian investors or equivalent for foreign individuals/entities
Registration or licensing details for foreign registered companies and trusts
Identification documents (e.g. driver’s license, passport) for all individuals that are:
Beneficial owners (i.e. person/s who directly or indirectly owns 25% or more)
Trustees, settlors, appointers and controlling persons for a trust
Directors, company secretary, and controlling persons for a company
Additional information and documents may also be requested for foreign and more complex entity types.

Individual
A natural person.
Joint
Two or more individuals.
Sole Trader
An individual operating a business and registered as a sole trader, where the individual is the sole owner that controls and manages the business.
Company
A company registered as an Australian proprietary company, an Australian public company, or a foreign company.
Trust or Superannuation Fund
A trust with individual trustees or a company trustee as laid out in the trust deed. Types of trusts include self-managed superannuation funds, family or discretionary trusts, registered trusts (such as managed investment schemes or government superannuation funds), charitable trusts, or any other trust.

Individual Trustee(s)
A trust where one or more individuals are trustees of the trust.
Corporate Trustee
A trust where a company is the trustee of the trust.
Company Custodian
A company custodian investing on behalf of an underlying trust (such as a managed investment scheme, government superannuation fund, investor-directed portfolio service (IDPS), IDPS-like scheme, master trust, wrap account, managed discretionary account (MDA) service or other type of trust). The custodian is authorised to provide custodial or depository services under the Corporations Act.
